Foundations of Physical Education class is made up many different sports, activities, and fitness units. Foundations is strictly for the freshman class. Here, students will learn expectations and policies of the T.F. North Physical Education. We will lay a foundation of information and skills of various types of sports, activities, and fitness. Units may consist of but not limited to basketball, softball, soccer, floor hockey, volleyball, badminton, football, cardio and weight training, swimming, and fitness testing. After freshman year students will be able to have choice in different PE classes available at T.F. North - Team Sports, Recreational Sports, Aerobics, Weight Training, Advanced Weight Training, PE Leadership, American Red Cross Lifeguard.
