FITNESSGRAM is a health related physical fitness assessment. Each of the test items were selected to assess important aspects of a student's health related fitness, not skill.
Students will take a pre-test at the beginning of the semester and a post-test at the end of the semester. Students will be able to see their progress from the start of the semester to the end of the semester.
