The lifeguard class offered at T.F. North High School is a year long course. First semester focuses on pool safety and swim strokes. Second semester is the American Red Cross Lifeguard certification class. Both semesters you are expected to swim every day. Class size is very limited. If you are interested in being part of the lifeguard course, please speak with your guidance counselor.
